I watched PIG (2021)

Tonight I watched the 2021 film PIG, starring Nicolas Cage, and felt things I hadn't felt in a while. Starting off on a rescue mission that takes the time to be able to speak to just about anyone watching in their own way, really fucking hits home, especially that restaurant scene in act II. After that, being able to absolutely Ratatouille your antagonist into submission is kino on its own, let alone the immediate follow-up. Holy shit, man. Nic Cage really might be the best Western actor today.

I'm writing this up pretty late in the night, I might come revisit it later when I have more solid thoughts. Otherwise, you should watch this.
